Refund & Return Policy

Important guidelines for returns, refunds, and replacements

IMPORTANT: We deal in hygiene-sensitive water purification products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except in very limited circumstances mentioned below.

STRICT NO RETURN | NO REFUND POLICY

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is installed or used
  • Product packaging is opened
  • RO filters, cartridges, membranes, or any consumable items once opened
  • Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence
  • Damage caused by unauthorized installation
  • Incorrect purchase or change of mind by the customer

Eligible Return / Replacement (Very Limited Cases Only)

Return or replacement is accepted only if:

  • Product is physically damaged at the time of delivery, OR
  • Wrong product is delivered
Mandatory Conditions:
  • Complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Unboxing video is compulsory
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or wrong product must be shared
  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Consumable Products (Zero Return Policy)

RO filters, cartridges, membranes, and all consumable products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.

No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.

Installation Disclaimer

Installation must be done only by an authorized technician.

Water Brothers shall not be responsible for any damage caused due to:

  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized technician
  • Incorrect plumbing or electrical connections

Refund Processing (If Approved)

  • Refunds, if approved after inspection, will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method only
  • Shipping, installation, service, or handling charges are non-refundable

Inspection & Final Decision

  • All returned products are subject to physical inspection
  • Water Brothers reserves the sole right to approve or reject any return or refund request
  • The company's decision shall be final and binding

Limitation of Liability

Water Brothers shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss arising from improper use or installation
  • Claims made after the defined reporting timeline

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with:

  • Laws of India
  • Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with Indian courts
